Members of The Ranch Country Club are invited to join us for instruction with respected Golf Fitness Instructor Jamie White.

Jamie will lead two courses designed to get your game in shape. These programs are for all ages and abilities. Members can save money by registering for the full six weeks of class ($120), or they can drop into the class of their choice at the last minute for a $25 fee.

Preseason Golf Conditioning

This class is for players looking to get a jump on the season by increasing flexibility and mobility for their golf swing. This low-cardio class focuses on increasing range of motion through the use of various movement progressions that progress from static to dynamic. This class will challenge you but also prepare you for the upcoming season.

Golf Cardio

Start the season strong by building a foundation of strength and endurance for your golf swing. This class is all about getting your heart rate up, challenging your core and strengthening those legs to finish your round strong.
