Event policies

Please review our club policies for all events on our premises.

Food & Beverage
The Ranch Country Club maintains the exclusive rights to provide all food and beverage at our facilities. The only exception will be wedding and other ceremonial cakes. Additionally, the State of Colorado’s Health, Liquor, and Insurance Regulations prohibit any leftover food or beverages from being taken from the premises.

Menu Selection
The Catering Director is available to assist you with your event and menu selection and is here to answer any questions or concerns. Our menus offer a wide variety of items from which to choose. However, our Catering Director and Executive Chef are available to create specialty menus to suit your special occasion. Menus and pricing will not be guaranteed until your food selection is determined and under contract. We ask that you submit your completed menu selections to the Catering Director at least two weeks before your event to ensure availability of your selected menu items.

No outside beverages of any kind are allowed on the premises. The Ranch Country Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to all minors. Please warn your guests that we will card people who look under age 30. Our security staff patrol the premises and will make us aware of any alcohol consumption happening in the parking lot or any other inappropriate area.

Gratuity and Taxes
Every function is subject to applicable state and local taxes of 8.7% and a 22% gratuity on all food and beverage.

Deposits and Billings
Deposits are required on all functions at the time of bookings. A deposit of $500 must be made to guarantee the date. The next deposit of $1,000 is due 90 days before the event. The final deposit of $500 is due 60 days before the event. The balance of the account is due in full 72 hours before the event if paying by credit card, cash or certified funds. The balance of the account is due in full 10 days before the event if paying by check. The only exception to this policy will be in the event of a hosted bar. In case of tardy payment, a late fee of $25 will be charged each month until paid in full. Payment can be made with a Visa, MasterCard, cash or check. If a deposit has been made, a deduction of the deposit will be made on your final bill.

A final count of guests must be submitted to our Catering Department 72 hours before the date of the event. This count will be considered your minimum guarantee and not subject to reduction. Charges for the function will be based on the final guarantee, or actual attendance, whichever is greater.

All functions require a six-month notice for cancellation without penalty. Any cancellation made after this time will be subject to forfeiture of deposits made. Cancellations within 72 hours of the function will be charged in full for the total cost of the event.

The Ranch Country Club will not assume responsibility for any personal property, belongings, or equipment brought onto the property. We reserve the right to monitor and control all private parties held on our premises. The host or member sponsor of the party assumes all responsibility of the actions of their guests, including behavior and damage to the property.

We welcome children to your event. However, please note that children are NOT allowed on any golf greens. Please inform parents that children playing on golf greens will be asked to return to the reception area because we need to keep our greens in pristine condition.

When taking your wedding photos at The Ranch Country Club, we ask that you please respect golfers and other guests. We do not allow photos to be taken on any part of the course, and all images must be taken 50 yards away from all golf greens and tees. Please consult the Catering Director for allowable places for your photos to be taken.

Please ask your guests to dress appropriately when visiting The Ranch Country Club. No t-shirts; denim; ripped clothing; or muscle shirts, please.

Operating Hours
Functions will be scheduled during normal Club operating hours. Specific beginning and ending times will be determined for every event at the time of planning. No event may last more than six hours. Events with a DJ, band, or any amplified music are to cease playing at 10 p.m. on weekday nights, and at 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.

Weddings at The Ranch Country Club

Wedding Rehearsals
For those clients having wedding ceremonies at our club, we would be happy to schedule a wedding rehearsal before your event. The rehearsal may take place on the day and time of your choice, but must be approved by the Catering Director. Your rehearsal may take no longer than one hour, and we ask that only those involved in the wedding ceremony itself are present for the rehearsal. Please have your minister available to run the rehearsal. The Catering Director will be available to help with the flow of the ceremony if you wish. Please make sure your guests follow the dress attire stated above during the rehearsal. Please keep in mind that the bar and restaurant are for members only, so your guests must stay with the group during the rehearsal.

Please pay in full 72 hours prior to the event if paying by credit card, cash or certified funds. If paying with check, please pay in full 10 days prior to the event. The only items paid for at the end of the evening should be additional bar tabs, if necessary.

Wedding Charges
There will be an additional charge for anything rented or paid for by the Club. This includes specialty linen, entertainment, centerpieces, and decorations. Some specific charges are as follows:

Wedding Ceremony Only at Gazebo ~ $1,250
