Kid’s Yoga & Lunch

The Ranch is excited to collaborate with yoga instructor Meg Ridgway to bring yoga to our youngest members. This 45-minute yoga session is for children ages 5-12 and ends with a healthy lunch. The lunch menu includes cucumber cream cheese rolls, veggie chips, whole wheat spaghetti with roasted vegetable tomato sauce and grilled chicken, and fresh fruit with honey Greek yogurt dip. This class is limited to 10 participants, so please call or email us to save a spot for your child.
Ms. Ridgway believes in the power of yoga as a self-nurturing and confidence-building tool for people of all ages. Through her own struggle with anxiety and depression as a teen and young adult, she discovered the powerful, healing tools of yoga and meditation. Now, she aims to inspire and empower others to transform their lives through a practice of mindfulness rooted in self-love and acceptance.
Ms. Ridgway has completed several 200-hour trainings in Power Vinyasa through CorePower Yoga in Austin, Texas, and she received her certification to teach Children’s Yoga through Radiant Beginnings Yoga in Denver. She is now studying the art of Yin yoga as a therapeutic tool to combat stress and anxiety in an over-amped world. Her playful — yet grounding — yoga classes help students connect with inner confidence, self-compassion and the courage to thrive on and off their mat.
