Spanish Paella & Wine Dinner

Paella is Spain’s gift to the world. It is not just a meal. It is an experience. Think of festive gatherings with family and friends in the open air of the countryside, in the back yard — or on The Ranch Country Club’s expansive patio overlooking the majestic Rocky Mountains.
This simmering rice dish is one of the most internationally recognized in Spanish cuisine — and one of the healthiest choices on the Mediterranean diet. Executive Chef Steve Weber will simmer garlic and Spanish rice in extra virgin olive oil and broths of chicken and seafood before adding bell peppers; flavorful, lean meats; and an array of seafood. Our paella is finished with fresh herbs that will take you away to the Mediterranean coast — and we’ll serve it with wines from Spain during our regular dinner hours.
